OPEN HOUSE is September 20th!

Are you "carbon-neutral curious"? Come see what's changed—and what has been brought beautifully back to life—inside the 1884 First National Bank building on the corner of Center and Main Streets in Downtown Richfield Springs, Otsego County, New York., on September 20th, from 4 to 6 PM.

Dooalot, LLC's sensitive, carbon-neutral ready adaptation of the vacant structure into an fossil-fuel-free, mixed-use multifamily building is nearing completion and our project team from River Architects and Simple Integrity can't wait to show you inside!

We're hosting our first Open House at THE BANK LOFTS on Friday, September 20th, from 4 pm to 6 pm—and you're invited!

Drop us a line at hello@bankloftsotsego.com to let us know you can make it. (This event is free to the public. Kindly register to attend.)

We look forward to sharing our project with you!

It’s time for the unveiling!

THE BANK LOFTS project team is thrilled to welcome you for an OPEN HOUSE tour of our retrofit 19th-century building. Join us!

Friday, September 20th

4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

118 West Main Street, Richfield Springs, NY 13439

Our project team—including owner/developers Faith E. Gay and Francesca Zambello of Dooalot, LLC, architect Juhee Lee-Hartford of River Architects, PLLC, and builder Josh Edmonds of Simple Integrity, LLC—will be on hand to show you around and provide an inside perspective on what goes into retrofitting a historic 19th-century bank building for 21st-century life.

Dooalot, LLC’s commitment to the health, safety, and well-being of our community has guided the Phius Design Certified rehabilitation of the former First National Bank of Richfield Springs from start to finish. After decades of vacancy and neglect, our three-story, brick-veneered building has been sensitively restored and sustainably revitalized for a new generation. Reimagined as a mixed-use multifamily building, the First National Bank of Richfield Springs, built in 1884, is ready for a fresh start as a vital contributor to the community.

As our NYSERDA award-winning and Phius Design Certified mixed-use multifamily building prepares to open its doors to a new generation, we remain grateful for our community’s enthusiasm for this labor of love; for the dedication and can-do spirit of our solutions-oriented project team; and for the guidance and support of NYSERDA, a champion for healthy buildings and more sustainable, economically resilient communities throughout New York State.

Join us on September 20th for a free Open House tour. We look forward to sharing our project with you!
