Both awards recognize projects that aim to build clean, healthy, economically robust communities. THE BANK LOFTS project has received Phius CORE REVIVE 2021 Design certification

To achieve Dooalot, LLC's goal of bringing much-needed housing and renewed energy to Richfield Springs' historic Main Street commercial corridor, our architecture and design team worked with New York's State Historic Preservation Office to revitalize the building's existing fabric with sensitivity to its historic integrity while making it resilient to the challenges of a changing climate.
