THE BANK LOFTS—at 118 W Main Street in Richfield Springs, New York—welcomes the public for an Open House tour on Friday, September 20, 2024, from 4 PM to 6 PM. Project owners Faith E. Gay and Francesca Zambello, architect Juhee Lee-Hartford of River Architects, and builder Josh Edmonds of Simple Integrity will take guests behind the scenes of the award-winning Phius Design Certified renovation project, which transformed a vacant bank building into a fossil-fuel-free, mixed-use multifamily residence with 9 rental apartments and ground-floor commercial space.
